Chapter 1: The Three Treasures of Buddhism, Dharma and Sangha Chapter 3: What is Dharma?
The so-called Dharma means that Sanskrit is to understand the Dharma, to embrace the Dharma, and to maintain the meaning of the Dharma.Track is a model of law, and can be biologically understood: it is to be adjusted and held, and it will not be self-existent.Combining this, one can understand the two meanings of benign laws and regulations, which is called Dharma. This method summarizes all things in the universe. The Dharma of Buddhism refers to the truth that the Buddha realized, and he refused to give up his compassionate wishes. He spoke it in secular words, showing the true meaning of his own realization and proclaiming the skillful teachings of all sentient beings. This teaching can be realized by the rules of sentient beings, so it is called Dharma.Law is the truth and righteousness. There are four types of Buddhism: teaching, reason, practice, and fruit.Teaching method. It refers to the various facilities shown by the Buddha's famous sayings that can break the troubles of heaven and dawn, namely the 12-part scriptures of the Three Collections and Twelve Divisions. The principles and laws are the meanings and principles interpreted by all teachings, and can explain the true nature of the universe and life.Practice the law, and develop precepts, concentration and wisdom according to the law.The fruit method is the holy fruit that is realized by practicing contentment. The teachings of the Tathagata generation do not come out of these four teachings. The truth is revealed by the law, and the action is based on the truth, and the result is overcome by the action. The four laws are collected, and all of them are complete. The so-called faith, understanding, practice and verification are in contrast to these four methods. Those who believe in the teachings and teachings of Buddha; The one who understands the meaning and principles; The practitioner starts to practice according to the teachings; Those who attain enlightenment shall realize the holy fruit through practice. It is often said that understanding and practice are related to each other. Those who understand know and understand, and those who practice practice are close to the so-called academic theory and practice. However, if there are many tips in Buddhist scriptures, there are countless things in terms of treatment. In the general outline of practice, there are only three studies of concentration and wisdom.Precepts are precepts to prevent evil and stop evil;Sedation means meditation, meditation and concentration; The wise are smart and study the truth and eliminate confusion.Based on precepts and concentration, we develop wisdom through concentration, and through wisdom, we eliminate delusions and reveal the truth.Practice according to the level, but these three are just there.A brief description of Buddhism is the three studies. The various conversations in Buddhism are nothing more than explanations of knowledge, understanding and practice. These two are not completely differentiated. The so-called knowledge is based on practice, and practice is based on understanding. Action is not blind, and practice is verified and interpreted. Then it is: if there is no rare appearance, there will be no ignorance, and if there is no teaching, there will be the beginning. The sutra says: Listening to death, and doing things in accordance with the principles of the Dharma, and doing things according to the Dharma. It also says: Practice the Samadhi of the Samadhi from listening, thinking and practicing.
