上师云，依以上法义，文意强劲之理是：当弟子以最虔诚心、面对面地祈请上师阿闍黎展示其轮藏级别，并根据级别提出灌顶要求时，上师若回答你资粮不够或者其它原因不能给予灌顶，此时不能够默然不语，不然就是犯堕落罪，你必须立刻再次合掌二请上师指定有资格的弟子灌顶鉴法，如上师以此地无人够资格作为借口而推却，弟子当合掌三请上师选择任何够资格者根据轮藏法轮级别灌顶鉴法，如上师再次推却，就是说，他既不指示有资格的人代为鉴法，又不指定曾经受法人在佛菩萨面前诅咒发誓，向公众证明他本人曾亲身受过该上师的轮藏级别灌顶以作为真实见证，不用多说，此人必是冒穿旺袍的凡夫骗子或假活佛、假金刚上师。弟子如遇身著旺袍之上师，必须向他主动再一再二再三提出上述之要求，以辨别其真伪，否则弟子即犯堕落罪。
