The practice method needs a sea of thought
1.Practice: Start by laying the foundation and being an honest and honest person;Secondly, have shame for evil deeds;Third, stay humble and be content.
2.After giving up evil deeds, the mind can calm down and enter into samadhi; After the mind enters samadhi, wisdom can be generated.
3.True practice is not tiring because it is accomplished through the mind.
4.Without greed, pain will be unable to be attached, and wisdom will arise under all circumstances.
5.Whether it is joy or suffering, love or hate, they are important teachers for you, and they are the root of liberation.
6.A life based on good deeds will shine brightly and noblely.
7.The enlightened people in the Buddha's era are no different from us, both starting from ordinary and confusion.
8.If you can take your mind well, it is not difficult to monitor your body and mouth, because they are all driven and supervised by your mind.
9.The mind is the root of all actions.
10.Stay self-control, pay attention to your language and behavior, and be responsible for your own behavior. This is the precept.
11.Adhere to mindfulness and correct knowledge, this is concentration.
12.In the realm of consciousness, the one who can distinguish between good and evil from right and wrong of all phenomena is wisdom.
13.Calmness is true happiness, which is obtained through seeing the reality and eradicating greed and inseparable.
14.The mind itself is actually free, and it suffers because of attachment.
15.When the mind is attached to suffering and happiness, the awareness of attachment will also arise.
16.Nothing can withstand the exposure of mindfulness and wisdom.
17.Compassion is love, and the Buddha hopes that we have infinite compassion.
18.Because of lazy habits, we must improve;Because we lack the spirit of determination and fortitude, we need patience and self-control.
19.We don’t need to worry that doing good is in vain. Even after death, the merits we create will remain in the world.
20.A wise person does not need to be perfect in everything. The focus is on seeing through and letting go of worldly illusions to achieve liberation.
The Essentials of Practice Methods
1.No matter where people come from, we should care equally, and give the same love no matter where they are close and far away.
2.If life lacks laws, we are no different from animals.
3.「Precepts are treasures, and all wealth and enjoyment come from precepts.
4.Some people's practice seems to be smooth, without any obstacles or sufferings, which is their karma in their previous lives.
5.True wisdom is to see through and let go without any entanglement.
6.Stay away from meaningless activities and do good deeds actively.
7.Good deeds that have not yet arisen should be strived to arise;Even if there is only a little bit of evil deeds that have arisen, we must try our best to eliminate them.
8.Each branch of the Eightfold Path cannot be separated from precepts, concentration, and wisdom, and can only be found from this.
9.Cultivation is a shortcut to creating the cause of liberation.
10.When precepts, concentration and wisdom work together, you can see breathing, feeling, mind and Dharma at the moment.
11.The meaning of concentration means that the mind is stable and unmoving, and keeps the mind stable at any time with mindfulness and knowledge.
12.Introspection is a clear and true understanding of things, which is the highest level of peace.
13.Understanding what peace of mind is is the correct way to practice.
14.Practice has coherence, which is like a drop of water, not a constant flowing water, and cannot maintain balanced mindfulness.
15.The darkness of ignorance is more terrifying than blindness.
16.When one karma is being repaid, the other karma will be dormant. What we suffer from the past karma, not the present karma.
17.「What are mosquitoes?"If you think from the perspective of a mosquito, "What's the use of people?""
18.When happiness and pain appear, wisdom may arise at that time.
19.Enlightenment means realizing the essence of things.
20.We are lost because of our thirst, fooled by phenomena, and therefore we feel pain.
The Three Haitaoes of Practice
1.When troubles arise, the eight worldly laws suppress and obscure the eight righteous paths.
2.The Eightfold Path and the Eight Worldly Dharma are one pair. These two paths overlap each other, rather than belonging to different fields.
3.The mystery of Buddhism is to adhere to the precepts, which originate from inner motivation.
4.When we use precepts, concentration, and wisdom to subdue the body, mouth, and mind, we will soon see the worldly Dharma hidden in our hearts.
5.Once the precepts are pure, you will feel honest and compassionate to others.
6.Through practice and regaining the potential of the mind, we can see the world and its origin.
7.Only when our mind is awakened can we truly understand the Three Jewels.Because of the awakening of the mind, we receive true refuge. No matter where we are, the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha will follow us.
8.We should live with others with the mentality of self-study and living alone.
9.Where there is right view, there is peace and quiet.I don’t know this, even if I live alone, I can’t calm down.
10.When the house is in a mess, we may feel uncomfortable and get up to clean and clean; But when our hearts are dull and depressed, we cannot see them and still complain about the miserable situation.
11.The Buddha said that those who do not know right or wrong can teach them to know; But people who know but don’t do it are hopeless. Those are called negligent people and cannot be taught.
12.We all want to eliminate troubles, but do we recognize troubles?
13.When we really have bright lights, our hearts are obscured.
14.Both right and wrong views come from the same awareness.
15.The secular people often pursue joy. They are used to extreme reactions to fascinating and annoying things, and are always swaying back and forth between these two ends, unable to stop.
16.People who are calm, they understand what seems calm but are actually uneven.
17.Troubles are water, and the practitioner's heart is lotus leaves. They come into contact with each other. The lotus does not need to avoid water, but they are still separated from each other.
18.Gains and losses, destructions and praise, praise and ridicule, suffering and happiness are collectively called the eight worldly laws.If a person's heart follows these things and is at their mercy, it is called a worldly and a commoner.
19.If someone speaks and stabs us, we just need to be aware of it.
The practice method must be compiled by the Four Seas
1.Anger can create incomparable stress and pain in the heart. But when the Buddha appears and the energy of mindfulness arises, you are protected.
2.If someone is violent, you must wisely see that the person is actually suffering for his violence and anger.
3.We often think of ourselves as the only one who suffers, and we regard the other person as the one who oppresses ourselves.
4.Be patient brings benefits and happiness.Forbearance is the law of "laymen", the law of kings and politicians, the law of a wise person, and the practice and power of a "monk".
5.It is not only Bodhisattvas who can do it, but you can also convert the angry garbage into a flower of compassion.
6.Practice can transform the angry sea of fire in our hearts into a cool lake. Once our hearts are transformed, we will not only stop suffering, but will also become a source of happiness and happiness for those around us.
7.If you know how to take care of the negative energy of anger, anger will slowly transform into understanding and compassion with positive energy.
8.If you see factors that generate garbage in your mind, such as fear, despair, or hatred, don't panic. You can face this negative emotion and say, "I realize the garbage in my heart, and I want to transform it into a fertilizer that can rebirth love."
9.No matter which religion we belong to, as long as we are willing to practice and truly practice, the teachings we have learned have the ability to transform our hearts.
10.Tolerance is the solemnity of a Homo sapiens;Tolerance is the ascetic practice of diligent people;Forbearance is the power of practitioners.
11.The so-called entering the Dharma means looking inward.
12.If we are really practicing, necessities such as accommodation, food, clothing and medicine will come uninvited.
13.We don’t need to hoard things. If we practice well, we will definitely have merit.
14.Buddha nature, that is, the clear awareness of the heart, will lead us to observe and awaken all dharmas.
