Master Jingjie: Seven Merits of Becoming a Buddha

2020-02-15 Master of Pure Realm

This is a proof of six realistic examples.Let's look at the next paragraph, "Give an example to make it.

Ananda!Don't you know that in this meeting, Analudo saw without eyes; The trumpetanolong listens without ears; The goddess of slaughter, who does not smell the fragrance of the nose; The arrogant and sacred mantra is a strange tongue and knows the taste;Shun Ruo has many gods, no body, no sense of touch, and the light of Tathagata reflects and temporarily appears. Since it is a windy nature, its body has no essence; All the destruction and death are determined to be silent. In this way, Mahakasyapa will be eliminated for a long time, and will be clear and clear, without thinking.

The Buddha cited six stats as proof of the mutual use of the six senses.Among them, three are saints and three are ordinary people. The Buddha said, Ananda! For example, look, in this Shurangama Dharma Assembly, Venerable Analu saw without eyes, and he could see all kinds of things without the eye root. When Venerable Anali first became a monk, the Buddha said that he would be happy to sleep and doze off. After the Buddha scolded him all kinds of times, he felt more ashamed and worked hard for seven days and seven nights, but his eyes were blind.

After his blindness, the Buddha asked him to practice the Vajra Samadhi of Enjoy the Light, and after his success he achieved half of the divine eye.The first half of his head can be seen, observing the three thousand great worlds is like observing the Anmora fruit in his palm, and the second half cannot be seen, which is called the half-headed heavenly eye.So he doesn't need to use the eye root to see it. His eyes have no effect, but he uses his head, he looks to the left and the right, and he can still see it. He uses the body root to see all dharmas. So this is to say that the inner mind and nature of the six senses are actually connected.

“The trumpet of the Nangdau Dragon, listen without ears. When the Dragon King of Banantu was born, his ears were deaf due to his past karma. He used the horns on his head to listen to the sound. This is an ordinary person, and the one in front is a saint.

“The goddess of the scent, the scent is the Ganges River. When the goddess of the Ganges River smells the fragrance, she does not use the root of her nose, but uses the root of her eyes to smell the fragrance. This is also an ordinary person.

“The arrogant and sacred mantra is a strange tongue that knows the taste. The pride of the sacred man's bowl is turned into a cow. When Venerable Niu Ji tastes the taste, he can know the taste without using the root of his tongue. This is all the merits achieved by practicing Samadhi."Shun, if there are many gods, has no body to feel touch.Shunruoduo means void. The God of Void himself has no body, but he can also feel the touch of suffering and happiness in his body.

So how did he feel it?Because of his past karma, he had no physical feeling, and he felt very painful. The Buddha was compassionate and shone light on him (this “reflection is illumination), so that his physical body would temporarily appear. His appearance was shining by the light of the Buddha, so the essence of his body was like the wind, "its existence and non-existence, but its essence actually does not exist. But his "if there is or there is nothing, he can still feel the feeling of suffering and happiness, which is blessed by the Buddha's light.

“All the destruction and death are determined to be silent. This sagai is called a saint with the third fruit or above. After he entered the samadhi of the end of the destruction, the feelings of the first five consciousnesses were eliminated, the thoughts of the sixth consciousness were also eliminated, and the yin of the seventh consciousness was also eliminated, so his feelings, thoughts, and actions were eliminated, and feelings and thoughts were eliminated.

As a saint with the third fruit or above who has perished concentration, for example, Venerable Kashyapa, his mind has been destroyed for a long time, the sixth consciousness and the seventh consciousness's actions. This is also the Yin of the yin of the defiled dying, and the pure dying is preserved. In other words, his sixth consciousness has been eliminated, but he can still fully understand the differences between all dharmas. He imagined things without the sixth consciousness at all, and he could also imagine many things.

The Buddha gave these six examples, which proved the interoperability of the six senses.Among them, ordinary people are inspired by karma, and saints are accomplished by practicing the holy path.

This "six senses are used interchangeably, Master Huiyi gave a metaphor. He said that an example is given in the previous scripture, like the vast void. The vast void is connected. You have put six containers in the vast void. This container is temporary, right? You pick up the six containers and it returns to the vast void.

In other words, the six senses are actually the law born from cause and condition. We don’t need the six senses from the beginning, because there is nothing we can do about it.After a moment of thought, you will cling to the outside, and as a result, the eye root will stick to the color dust. After sticking for a long time, you will be unable to leave the color dust. You will be with the color dust all day long; The ear roots are stuck with the sound dust all day long. After sticking for a long time, you will be stuck with the sound dust.

So how are you now?"Remove the stickiness and impoverishment, pull it out. Don't always be with the color dust at your eyes, just observe it and pull it out. After being pulled out, you bring your mind home, and at this time your six senses can interact with each other. It is to remove this container and return it to the vast void, and it will be connected at this time.
