Evil consequences are the bad consequences obtained by creating evil causes. If you sow evil causes, you will have bad consequences. The "Garland Original Karma Sutra" says: Therefore, good results are born from good causes, so bad results are born from bad causes. As long as it is the evil cause we sow, we must finally taste the bitter fruits it bears.
Since the beginning of time, we have wandered around in life and death. In so many lives and life, we have made good and bad relationships with many sentient beings; If you make good relationships, you will get good results. If you make bad relationships, you will naturally get bad rewards. Therefore, the consequences cannot be only looked at the present life; Many people think that there is no cause and effect because they cannot see the retribution in this life. In fact, if the evil causes created in this life are not retribution in this life, they will still not escape the law of cause and effect in the next life.
From the Buddhist view of cause and effect, there are good and evil, but the result is nothing to remember.Moral good and evil are judgments about the act of committing, and the consequences themselves have no moral attributes. What is commonly said is that good will be rewarded, evil will be rewarded, and more accurately express it, it should be that good will be rewarded, and evil will be rewarded. Why should you be responsible for the affairs of your previous life?Life is like a river, flowing all the way, and you cannot refuse all kinds of things that are brought upstream.Because this river is your entire life system, it is inseparable unless you transcend the cycle of reincarnation.
Buddhism talks about cause and effect and cause and condition. There must be a cause, there must be a result, and there must be a cause. Cause and effect must exist. If the seed cannot see the result and cannot achieve immediate results, it is because the cause and condition is not yet ripe. Just like if you do something today, you may not be able to get a salary today; If you have never remembered what causes you sow in this life, but you have great disasters or great blessings, it is because you do not know the evil causes and good causes you sow in that past life. Therefore, we must have no regrets, no arrogance or discouragement towards the past, and implement it in the present most importantly;Based on the stable and harmonious present, grasping today and emerging from a fresh tomorrow is the basic attitude of happiness.
After we understand the principle of karma, we must actively stop doing evil and do good.Because evil deeds will bring bitter fruits, while good deeds will bring happy fruits.Even from a selfish and self-protection perspective, we should do this.Only by stopping evil and doing good can life enter a virtuous cycle and have a bright future.Otherwise, we ourselves will become the biggest victims and the first to bear the brunt of the victims.
