answer:If you look for friends in the world because of your fear of loneliness, or wander around.The result is just futile.A practitioner once told me his feelings: If your heart is lonely, even if you are among the crowd, loneliness is still difficult to relieve;If your heart is not lonely, you will be happy even if you spend your whole life alone in a cave.Because loneliness comes from the heart!

Through books every day, I communicate with all the great masters and sages with thoughtful and considerate communication;Through introspection, being equal to inner wise friends is far better than chatting in time and traveling in the mountains and rivers with no effort.If you do not distinguish between choices and do evil with friends who have increased greed, anger and ignorance in the world, it would be even more stupid.

If you understand that loneliness is the result of your own fault and cannot be changed by adjusting the external environment, will you still go out to eliminate loneliness?
