Master Yue Cheng said: "Everyone who is great compassionate and respects the public, even if they regard the fools as equal, they will feel more compassionate."Although all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Great Compassion Venerables treat all sentient beings equally and treat them with equal bodhicitta, they are particularly concerned and caring for the ignorant and barbaric poor sentient beings.

Therefore, if someone creates obstacles to you, no matter what he does to you, he should be treated in this way.Some of the teachings of Master Langritangba said that those who hurt me should be treated like Ruruyibao and good teachers. Everyone should practice these teachings.Of course, in the process of practicing, people who are very harmful to spreading the Dharma and benefiting sentient beings cannot accept it.For example, in a Buddhist temple, there is a very bad person or a person with mental problems. According to the Vinaya Sutra and some Mahayana teachings, he cannot stay in the monastic community. This does not mean abandoning Bodhicitta, nor does it violate the practice of bodhisattvas.

In some Buddhist colleges, those who break the precepts, destroy the vows, and those who are mentally abnormal cannot live with the monks.This is not the Bodhicitta of giving up the Bodhicitta, but the Buddha personally gave it to him in the Mahayana and Hinayana sutras.Some people are too extreme - "People with abnormal mental states and those who break the precepts are sentient beings after all, and they should be allowed to continue to destroy discipline in the monastic community."This is completely falling aside, not the secret meaning of Sakyamuni Buddha. Is his "compassion" more than the compassionate Buddha?The great masters once said in unison: "The great compassion and bodhicitta cannot be abandoned, but in order to promote Buddhism and cultivate a pure monastic community, they must be practiced reasonably and truthfully in accordance with the karma rituals in the precepts.”
